Ingredients:
- 2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 1 cup of crushed Reese's peanut butter cups
- 1/2 cup of chopped roasted peanuts
Instructions:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 cup of chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth
Using a silicone mold or mini cupcake liners, coat the bottom and sides with the melted chocolate, then place in the freezer for 10 minutes to set
While the chocolate sets, mix the peanut butter, powdered sugar, butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in another bowl until well combined
Remove the chocolate-coated molds from the freezer and spoon the peanut butter mixture into each cup, leaving some space at the top
Melt the remaining 1 cup of chocolate chips and spoon it over the peanut butter mixture to cover completely
Sprinkle crushed Reese's peanut butter cups and chopped peanuts on top of each cup while the chocolate is still wet
Place the cups back in the freezer for another 15-20 minutes to set completely
Once set, remove from the molds, and enjoy your homemade Reese's-style chocolate cups!
