Keto Chicken and Broccoli Skillet



This Keto Chicken and Broccoli Skillet is a quick and easy one-skillet dinner that's perfect for busy weeknights. Packed with protein and low-carb veggies, it's a satisfying and flavorful meal that the whole family will love.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions:

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat

Add sliced chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes

Add minced garlic and broccoli florets to the skillet, and saut for an additional 3-4 minutes

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, and bring to a simmer

Let it cook for 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken

Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired

Serve hot and enjoy!
