Strawberry Lime Black Pepper Popsicles



The sweet strawberries, sour lime, and just a hint of spice from the black pepper in these popsicles make them very refreshing. On a hot summer day, they're the best treat!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup plain yogurt

Instructions:

In a blender, combine strawberries, lime juice, lime zest, black pepper, and sugar

Blend until smooth

Add yogurt to the strawberry mixture and blend until well combined

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds

Insert popsicle sticks into each mold

Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid

To remove popsicles from molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds
